The Program Administrator oversees the day-to-day administration of NCIP and helps coordinate activities among the Board, participants, and other service providers. They support program operations, communications, and reporting while serving as a resource for participants.
The Custodian/Depository safeguards NCIP’s assets and supports the settlement, processing, and recordkeeping of portfolio transactions. Working behind the scenes, they help ensure securities and cash are properly held, transferred, and accounted for in accordance with applicable requirements.
The Distributor helps connect eligible participants with NCIP by providing information about the Fund and available services. They support participant outreach and education, helping current and prospective investors understand how the Fund can support their cash management needs.
The Independent Auditor provides an objective review of NCIP's financial statements and related disclosures. Their work helps promote transparency and provides participants with an independent assessment of the Fund’s financial reporting.
Legal Counsel advises NCIP on legal and regulatory matters and helps support compliance with applicable laws and governing documents. They work with the Board and service providers to review policies, contracts, and other matters that may affect the Fund.
